We’re excited to announce a new partnership with California’s Department of Justice. We’ll be working with them to integrate licensing and enforcement data from multiple agencies as part of their ongoing efforts to ensure tobacco control in the retail environment. Our work will enable state and local agencies to be more efficient, keep the public better informed about tobacco issues in their neighborhoods, and inform effective policy-making.
California has consistently been ahead of the curve in public health, adopting meaningful policies before many other states. This joint effort will help the DOJ focus their efforts on the right areas and provide insight into changes that will create healthier communities. We’re happy to support their next level of work.
